Minister of Communications, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful stole the show as she attended the wedding between NPP's Afia Akoto and NDC's Chief Biney.
As earlier reported by YEN.com.gh, the wedding came off on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at Tantra Hills in Accra.
Photos and videos from the wedding showed it was full of top political figures and other popular people in the country.
Among the political figures at the wedding was the Mrs Owusu-Ekuful who appeared at the venue like a queen.
Dressed in white traditional cloth, the Communications minister's queenly look attracted a lot of attention.
As if her outfit was not eye-catching enough, she decided to show off some dance moves as Sarkodie's Ofeetso hit song played at the grounds.
In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, the newlyweds were seen on the dancefloor with wedding guests cheering them on.
As the cheers went on, Ursula came closer to join in the dancing and the cheers even grew louder with the bride shouting for the song to be repeated.
All this while, the groom was beside his wife but looked overwhelmed by NPP takeover of the dancefloor with the likes of the party's youth organiser, Nana Boakye, and other leading members joining in.
Considering that Sarkodie's song is an unofficial campaign song for the NPP it will not be surprising if Chief Biney did not agree with the repeat request from his wife.
Meanwhile, ahead of the wedding which came off at Tantra Hills in Accra, Afia Akoto held a bridal shower.
In a video from the bridal shower sighted by YEN.com.gh, the voluptuous NPP woman could be seen wearing a white maxi dress.
With Gifty Adorye (Empress Gifty's) Jesus Over Do song playing in the background, Afia Akoto and her friends danced their heads off.
Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported that following the news of the couple's upcoming nuptials, pre-wedding photos of the couple popped up online.
In the photos sighted by YEN.com.gh, the voluptuous Afia Akoto could be seen wearing a beautiful red dress while Chief Biney wore cream-coloured kaftan.
One of the photos had Chief Biney standing behind his wife-to-be who turned her head for a peck.
