The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary candidate for the Ayawaso West Wuguon John Dumelo has celebrated Valentine’s Day in a different and special way.
The former actor first took to his social media handles to urge Ghanaians to forgive each other their wrongs.
According Dumelo life is short and people must learn to live in harmony with each other.
In a video shared on his social media, John Dumelo said:
“Life is short so let us learn to forgive each other and be there for each other as the Bible states. I wish you nothing but the best today.”
The 35-year-old later on shared chocolates for some widows in his constituency. “We laughed, we prayed, shared ideas and we ate together. It was an amazing experience today with another set of widows in the Awayaso West constituency.”
John has been doing a lot to capture the heart of people in his constituency so they’ll vote for him.
YEN.com.gh earlier reported that President Nana Akufo-Addo has assured Ghanaians that he will ensure the December 7 polls will be free and fair.
According to him, he owes it a duty to ensure the upcoming elections is conducted in a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
“Ghana is today a beacon of democracy on the African Continent and this year I am determined to do whatever I can to consolidate that reputation as a country of peace and stability where elections are held in good atmosphere and results are easily acceptable by all and sundry, winners and losers alike."
