Award-winning Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has for the first time mentioned his Nigerian name to his fans on Twitter.
Shatta Wale's Nigerian name comes at a point where most Ghanaian alcoholic beverage companies have opted to use Nigerian celebs for their advertisements since the FDA has barred Ghanaian celebrities from doing any alcoholic beverage ads.
In a tweet sighted by YEN.com.gh, Shatta Wale commended the Nigerian celebrities for landing an advertorial deal with Adonko Bitters.

He stated that his is now a Nigerian with the name Shatta Ike Chwuku Wale.
"Congrats to all my naija brothers and celebs on their Adonko deal ..Infact Adonko pls come and sign me cuz am also a nigerian ,my name is shatta Ike chwuku wale ..Thank you," he said.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Ghanaian internet sensation Shatta Bandle has made a very bold move by signing award-winning rapper Medikal unto his team.
In a photo sighted by YEN.com.gh, Shatta Bandle was spotted standing on top of Medikal's new Range Rover as he interacted with the 'Omo Ada' hitmaker after he had completed the deal.
He also hailed Medikal as the best rapper in Africa. "I just signed the Best rapper in Africa @amgmedikal, Forget everybody..#AMGBUSINESS," he posted on his Instagram page.

Medikal who was wearing his customized sweater which had the inscription 'AMG Beyond control', appeared delighted to have sealed the deal with Shatta Bandle.
