Without proper background checks, Ghanaian comic actor Funny Face and Togolese footballing star Emmanuel Adebayor could easily be mistaken as family members considering the bond of friendship between the two.
One could dare say that Funny Face is more of a brother to Emmanuel Sheyi Adebayor than the biological brother of the Togolese footballer. At least, when he’s here in Ghana.
Reports indicate that Funny Face met Emmanuel Adebayor for the first time during the annual Star Soccer Fiesta and the two became connected in a brotherly ‘love at first sight’.
Over the years, the relationship between Funny Face and Emmanuel Adebayor has blossomed and this was confirmed when the latter gifted his Ghanaian brother a Range Rover which cost a whopping GHC160,000 at the time.
The former Tottenham Hotspurs striker is fond of and does not seem to dry out of laughter for the Chorkor Trotro star.
Following their first encounter and the subsequent Range Rover gift, Emmanuel Adebayor recently asked Funny Face to go to his house and pick any car from his million-dollar fleet of cars.
An earlier report by YEN.com.gh noted that Christmas came early for Funny Face this year and judging from Adebayor's fleet of luxurious cars, Funny will be overwhelmed with choices.

In other stories, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that with his strong connection to Osei Kwame Despite's family, Dr. Fadda Dickson Narh could easily be mistaken as the brother to owner of the Despite Group of Companies.
As the Managing Director of the Despite Media Group, Fadda Dickson dominates headlines from time to time.
However, the name of the highly-motivated media personality thrived in conversations especially during the traditional and white wedding ceremonies between Despite’s first son, Kennedy Osei Asante and his wife Tracy Ameyaw.
