In a bid to ensure that Ghanaians live a healthy life devoid of any ailments, President Akufo-Addo has urged Ghanaians to eat well and avoid getting obese.

"We’re in danger of falling into the lifestyle disease trap…too many of us are overweight and obesity is an increasing problem even among young people.
The food we eat, mode of cooking and the lack of exercise are all now having a great impression on our health," he said.
Akufo-Addo, however, urged Ghanaians to learn to take responsibility for their individual health and take note that their health is determined by their lifestyle.
