While it is not clear whether Karen is still a student at the University of Ghana, she gained wide traction online in 2019 after she assaulted Papa Kofi Owusu Kwarteng, the boyfriend of her female colleague for cheating on her at the time.

The United Nations Student Association chapter at the university (UNSA-UG) took measures to reconcile the two.

UNSA-UG released a statement signed by Derrick Schandorf Ayirebi-Acquah, UNSA-UG president, and Kofi Adofo Wadle to address the incident.

The release stated that the chapter was "unsettled" by the agitated press the University of Ghana received after the incident.

Following the statement Karin Jacquiline also released a short footage to apologise for assaulting Kofi Owusu Kwarteng.

Despite her heartfelt apology, many still lashed at the young lady who was already down. Some even stereotyped her and said it would be hard for her to find a man.

However, recent images on social media show that Karen may have tied the knot with the love of her life.

Twitter influencer @elly_serwaaa who shared the images indicated that she married over the weekend in February 2020.

However, some of her followers have said that the images are scenes from a music video.

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh reported that the birthing of a new face for Ghana’s capital city Accra has begun starting from the Ako-Adjei Interchange formerly called the Sankara Interchange. Ghana’s capital is currently witnessing a surge of graffiti culture with extraordinary designs aimed at transforming wrecked walls of major public spaces and monumental sites.

The initiative is being spearheaded by the Creative Arts Council led by its vibrant creative director and daughter of the president, Gyankromah Akufo-Addo.
