The groundbreaking ceremony which happened on Monday, February 24, 2020, was a historic achievement in Ghana’s private education sector, the VC noted.

It is historic for many reasons; Central University blazes the trail for science education in the private sector. At the time it was done, some said it was impossible,” Professor Puplampu said.

He opined that the construction of the facility will enhance Central University’s teaching and learning process.

On his part, Chancellor of the university, Dr. Mensa Otabil said he was very delighted about the project and hoped that when completed, it will be a facility or center of excellence.
