Ghanaian Dancehall star Stonebwoy has been listed among the musicians to perform at Ghana’s Independence Celebration in Washington DC.
Stonebwoy is headlining the event which has other musicians including Sista Afia, D-Black, and Nina Richie, D-Black’s signee, also performing.
In the flyer sighted by YEN.com.gh, the event is scheduled to take place on March 7, 2020, at Club Elevate 15 KST NE DC.
Back here in Ghana, a lot of activities have been outlined during the celebration of the 63rd Independence Day.
Among these is the marching parade for schools across the country.
There would be musical shows at various venues to mark the day.
Meanwhile, Stonebwoy had earlier been in the news following developments with his BHIM business.
He had earlier announced his decision to open a BHIM store to sell original and quality BHIM products.
The Baafira hitmaker said he would not allow people to eat from his sweat, therefore, stopping streets vendors and hawkers from selling them.
In a more recent report, Stonebwoy added sale of customised exercise books to his business.
Also, he was in the news when, for the first time, his plush hall hit the internet for the first time.
Stonebwoy’s daughter Jidula was also in the news for displaying her swimming skills in a video published by YEN.com.gh.
