Popular Nigerian clergyman Prophet Temitope Balogun aka T.B Joshua is well known for making prophetic declarations that sometimes come to pass, and it appears the man of God has done it again to the admiration of many.

Legit.ng recently sighted a post on his official Facebook page in which he detailed how the Lord had revealed to him that there would be rainfall that would eventually wipe away the much-dreaded coronavirus.

The founder and lead of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) said upon the revelation, he specifically pleaded with the Lord to make the rainfall start from Wuhan, China, where the first case of coronavirus was recorded.

Joshua in the post also mentioned that the purpose of the rain is to wipe away coronavirus from the world. According to him, the rain is expected to continue for a whole week.

He said: "The purpose of this rain is to wipe out this epidemic called coronavirus and it will continue till the end of this week. Whether you come in contact with the rain or not, it does not matter. The Lord said to me that it will rain and it is raining. Glory be to God!"

Concluding the post on his Facebook page, the clergyman claimed that someone who resides in Wuhan, China, confirmed rainfall in the area.

Still in a related coronavirus story, Legit.ng previously gathered the report of an Islamic cleric, Imam Tawhidi, who took to Twitter with a photo showing how clerics in Iran are allegedly preventing coronavirus.

The clergyman claimed that the clerics hung a copy of the holy Quran on power lines as a precautionary measure against the disease.
