Kuami Eugene runs away from Coronavirus; says he won't perform in China for any amount

- Singer Kuami Eugene has stated that the only way he will ever agree to perform in China is after the Coronavirus has been completely eradicated

- Kuami Eugene who is the brand ambassador for Itel Mobile, made this comment after he was asked if he will accept any huge sum of money to perform in China

Reigning Ghanaian highlife sensation Kuami Eugene says he will not accept any amount of money to go perform in China which has been hit hard by the dreaded Coronavirus.

The 'Obiato' hitmaker stated that the only way he will ever agree to perform in China is after the Coronavirus has been completely eradicated from the country.

In an interview on Pulse.com.gh Kuami Eugene said he values his life more than money.

“That would be after they have a 100 percent confirmation that the virus is over. It’s not just about the money, it’s about love. And I just want to be alive and do more for Itel.”

He also discredited rumours which suggest that he earned close to GHC200,000 from the ambassadorial deal with Itel Mobile.

Kuami Eugene noted that the amount he got from the deal is more than what has been rumoured.

“I hear people saying Itel paid me 200,000 [GHC]. It’s probably more than 200,000…I just don’t want to put the figures out there.”

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Ghanaian highest rapper Sarkodie has subtly thrown in the towel in the ongoing beef between Shatta Wale and himself.

Since Shatta Wale came out to call Sarkodie and his fans fools, Sarkodie has decided to ignore him until he lastest post saying he will rather reserve his energy and walk away.

Shatta Wale even went ahead to release a diss song against Sarkodie titled 'Little Tip'.

In a photo sighted by YEN.com.gh Sarkodie was seen on what appeared like a runway.

"Sometimes you just gotto walk away," Sarkodie captioned the photo.

Sarkodie's response seems to indicate that he is running away from the beef with Shatta Wale.
