Let me say this God lives in the human body and not in building. Build the cathedral and still Ghana will be the same like the last 5yrs, without implementing good systems nothing will change in Ghana Mr President please you can do better than this."

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that President Nana Akufo-Addo stated the reason why he is so bent on the construction of the National Cathedral which he believes is pivotal to the development of Ghana.
According to a Citinewsroom report, Ghana's performance against neighbouring countries is solely by the grace of God, the president is believed to have claimed.
Addressing dignitaries present at the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the cathedral, he stated that the Supreme Court ruling in favour of the construction goes to affirm his conviction about the project.
Again, Founder of Worldwide Miracle Outreach, Dr Lawrence Tetteh, also indicated that the building of the National Cathedral is very important and that nothing should hinder its construction.
According to him, even if it meant that the government had to demolish all buildings in Accra to build the National Cathedral, it must be done.
Speaking at the sod-cutting ceremony for the construction to commence, he brushed off suggestions that there are several things the money meant for the building could be used for but the building was also important.
