Now, the actress has decided to flaunt her beauty by showing her real in a new video she shared.
In the video sighted by YEN.com.gh, McBrown is seen promoting an upcoming movie on the streets of Accra.
From the video, McBrown is without makeup and one can see some scars on her face.

However, social media have expressed their worry over what they saw on the face of McBrown.
