The Management of Cristiano Ronaldo's hotel has denied that it has been transformed into a location to help the sick
Marca reports that Ronaldo's CR7 hotels will be transformed into temporary hospitals which will be free of charge.
According to the reports, the soccer icon will be covering all expenses involved in the temporary solution, including doctors and medical staff.
Staff at Ronaldo’s hotel in Lisbon, however, say they know nothing of plans to transform its use on a temporary basis.
“We are a hotel. We are not going to be a hospital. It is a day like everyone else, we are and will remain a hotel. We are being phoned by the press. I wish you a nice day,” a spokesperson for the institution told Dutch outlet
YEN.com.gh reported that Ronaldo had been declared free of the virus, despite being held in quarantine.
However grim the situation, girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez afforded the world small glimpses into their stunning hideaway, where they will be waiting out the pandemic.
The luxury villa boasted Atlantic Ocean views on the island of Madeira, complete with a private rooftop pool.
