Ghanaian musician Patapaa has caused a stir with a video of him trying to pronounce coronavirus.
Patapaa was able to mention a word that sounded like “Kalanavilus”.
He was speaking about some ways in which a person could prevent contracting the disease.
According to him, garlic and the locally brewed alcoholic drink “akpeteshie”, are great ingredients in fighting coronavirus.
This has caused some Ghanaians to laugh on social media.
Fame, for instance, wondered if he was the only one who heard that pronunciation:
gotfame23: “Kwaku did u hear de pronunciation well.”
Fella Makafui also reacted:
Wofa could not stop laughing:
wofapaye_klothing: “This guy will kill us”

Many others commented using laughter emojis.
Meanwhile, Shatta Wale has also called on Ghanaians to give their lives to Christ in the wake of this coronavirus pandemic.
He said since there is no cure, turning to God was the only way one can be protected from contracting the virus.
In other news, the President, Nana Akufo-Addo, has ordered for the closure of all schools for a period of one month.
He has also placed a ban on religious and public events until further notice.
