COVID-19: King Promise in self-isolation after returning from the UK

Ghanaian musician and songwriter King Promise has put himself in isolation on suspicion of contracting coronavirus otherwise known as COVID-19 after returning from the UK.

According to a new report sighted by YEN.com.gh on Ameyawdebrah.com, the Ghanaian celebrity spoke in an interview, revealing that he returned after cancelling his As Promised European Tour and is currently confined to his home after returning to Ghana.

King Promise goes on further to reveal that he would not be in sight for the next two weeks as he is strictly going by the World Health Organization (WHO)'s protocols that govern travels from an infected country to another.

According to King Promise, he is currently not exhibiting any symptoms of the novelle coronavirus pandemic and he feels safe as his company doctor regularly visits to make sure he is fine.

He mentions how he spends every day, saying: It’s important I do this, so I’m in my room chilling, watching football and the company’s doctor will also be paying me regular visits, so I’m fine

The CCTV hitmaker mentions in conclusion that even though his London and Amsterdam concerts pulled massive crowds, he had to call off the rest of the concerts due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Ghana over the past days has recorded 19 confirmed Covid-19 cases within its shores. Nearly 600 contact-tracing persons are being followed to be monitored by health officials.
