Founder and Leader of the Glorius Word Power Ministries, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, has opened up on the deadly Coronavirus.

In the world, the Coronavirus has brought everything to a standstill as there have been 349,161 recorded cases of which 100,337 persons and has claimed 15,297 lives.

Ghana, as of Monday, March 23, 2020, has confirmed 24 cases of the coronavirus with one death recorded.

And according to the controversial preacher, the deadly virus will disappear from the earth in three weeks' time.

We don’t need to be alarmed, this coronavirus will vanish from the earth in three weeks time. This is what I see in the spiritual realm and anyone can mark what I’m saying.

"This disease will not last long It will leave the surface of this earth soon. God will surely bring the devastation caused by this disease to an end,” he told Accra-based Kasapa FM.

Meanwhile, Ghana’s President Akufo-Addo has announced an update on recent enhanced measures taken by the government against the spread of the novel coronavirus.

The president gave an update on the progress on the country’s fight against the coronavirus on Sunday, March 15, 2020.

The number of COVID-19 infected persons currently stands at 24 with the country recording its first coronavirus death on March 21, 2020.

Adding to the enhanced measures in a broadcast on March 21, 2020, President Akufo-Addo ordered the closure of Ghana’s borders to take effect on Sunday, March 22, 2020.
