As the world continues to battle with the dreaded coronavirus pandemic also known as COVID-19, many people appear to be turning to religious books for solutions.

American music star turned businessman, Sean John Combs, professionally known as Diddy, recently took to his Instagram page to advise people to draw closer to God and make things right with Him.

The American star stated this after he shared a photo of a scripture from the Bible that talks about God sending an epidemic and prayers and repentance being a solution.

Chronicles 7:13-14 reads: "Whenever I hold back the rain or send locusts to eat up the crops or send an epidemic on my people, if they pray to men and repent and turn away from the evil they have been doing, then I will hear them in heaven, forgive their sins, and make their land prosperous again."

Top American rapper, Young Thug also took to his social media to react to the spread of the virus, dishing out what he believes to be a solution by directing his fans and followers to the same scripture in the bible.
