- This comes at a time when President Akufo-Addo has ordered a lockdown in the wake of the spread of the coronavirus in Ghana

Ghanaian dancehall musician, Shatta Wale, took the country’s entertainment industry by storm as he performed at the Faith Concert organised at his home.

The concert, which has viewed by his fans on his YouTube page, sought to give hope to Ghanaians as the coronavirus continues to affect people all over the world.

Following the outbreak of the virus, President Akufo-Addo ordered a lockdown in the Greater Accra and Ashanti regions.

This, however, did not take the shine out of the event as Shatta Wale lived up to expectation and put up an amazing performance.

Hours after the show, several lovely photos have surfaced online and Ghanaians have reacted to them:

Stunner revealed how happy he was that the concert was a success.

Freshmonii Gh added that Shatta Wale is a great man.

To Reign, Shatta Wale is the greatest African dancehall of all time.

Doha stated that others always follow what Shatta Wale does.

In other news, YEN.com.gh has learned that nine more cases of infection of the coronavirus have been recorded in Ghana.

This has increased the total number of infected people in Ghana to 214, out of which three have recovered and 18 cases are being managed at home.

96 out of the 214 patients are responding to treatment and two of them are moderately ill, according to the report.

So far, Ghana has recorded five deaths since the epidemic began spreading in the country.
