Ghanaian actress, Fella Makafui, has caused a stir on social media with her reaction after Sister Derby celebrated Medikal on his birthday.
Fella has released a never-seen-before wedding photo to remind everyone that she is the wife of the Ghanaian rapper.

In the photo, Fella is seen holding the hand of her husband during their wedding.
From the photo, Fella flaunted her wedding ring which was put on her finger by Medikal.
Her caption of the photo which is a subtle jab to Sister Derby read, "To whom it may concern"
