Ghanaian gospel musician Joe Mettle has reacted to rumours that he is set to get married to TV3 presenter Berlynda Addardey, popularly known as Berla Mundi.

Rumours went rife on social media on Wednesday, April 8, 2020, that Joe Mettle and Berla Mundi were going to get married very soon.
The two, the rumours claimed, had dated for some time now and were ready to make their relationship official.
The rumours even went further to indicate that Joe Mettle and Berla Mundi had planned to get married earlier but had to postpone because of the outbreak of COVID-19.
But in a response to the viral rumours, Joe Mettle has denied any such wedding plans with Berla Mundi.

According to Joe Mettle, the report of his supposed marriage with Berla Mundi was false news.
Joe Mettle made the disclosure while responding to a question from one of his fans on social media.
The gospel star shared a photo on his Instagram page on Thursday, April 9, 2020. Commenting on the photo, a follower by name @comfort_connie asked: "Joe Mettle, but bro are you getting married to Berla?"
Joe Mettle responded by saying: "@comfort_connie False news madam."

This happens to be the second time in about seven months that Joe Mettle has had to respond to issues concerning Berla Mundi.
As previously reported by YEN.com.gh, Joe Mettle once rejected reports that he was dating Berla Mundi.
Though he disclosed that he was dating, Mettle indicated that it was a different lady and not Berla Mundi.
