Arab Money Gang (AMG) Business signee, Samuel Adu Frimpong, known professionally as Medikal, has stated the reason for purchasing a new ''whip'' to add to his fleet of luxury cars.

YEN.com.gh indicated in an earlier report that the young Ghanaian rapper is elated at the moment with his supremely-powerful ride.

Medikal, 26, in a recent post on his verified Instagram handle, erupted massive stir when he stated that he bought the new Range Rover to excite himself.

''Got my self a new whip cus I was bored AF,'' Medikal said in along with a photo of the Range Rover.

While it is not every day that one gets to buy her or himself a gift worth thousands of cedis to kick the boredom out of their lives, Medikal appeared to have had enough of being lockdown at home due to the coronavirus pandemic which has hit the country.

When the hardworking rapper turned 26 on April 5, 2020, prevailing circumstance owing to the lockdown compelled him and his wife, Fella Makafui to celebrate his new age with a mini birthday party.

The couple, who are one of Ghana’s most popular and recognisable celebrities, spent the remarkable moment with just few friends to observed the social distancing guideline outlined by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and President Akufo-Addo.

Medikal’s new Range Rover, which he says he purchased because he was bored adds to his fleet of luxury cars including a Range Rover, Benz, Chevrolet Camaro, and others.

His post on Instagram generated some reactions.

In other news, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Ghanaian dancehall star, Samini, has in a recent video showed how it took him and his daughter nearly forty minutes to access Walmart in Canada amid the coronavirus outbreak in the country.

In a video making rounds online, Samini is seen with his daughter, Theresa, waiting in a queue to get into Walmart to get groceries.
