Ghanaian rapper, Medikal, has finally reacted to Sister Derby's romantic birthday message to him.
On Sunday, April 5, 2020, the reigning VGMA rapper of the Year trended as he celebrated his birthday.
Many celebrities took to social media to celebrate the Suotuom rap god.

However, one of the wishes that caught the attention of many was Medikal's ex-girlfriend, Sister Derby.
Sister Derby, in wishing Medikal, released a romantic throwback photo of them.
Her caption reads; "Happy birthday my sweet ex."

Sister Derby's birthday message generated a lot of buzz on social media as many commented about it.
Now, Medikal has finally opened up about it as he has thrown a subtle jab at Sister Derby.
In a freestyle rap listened by YEN.com.gh, Medikal warned Sister Derby to keep his name out of her mouth.

YEN.com.gh reported how Medikal's wife, Fella Makafui reacted to Sister Derby's birthday message to her husband.
Fella released a never-seen-before wedding photo to remind everyone that she is the wife of the Ghanaian rapper.
In the photo, Fella is seen holding the hand of her husband during their wedding. From the photo, Fella flaunted her wedding ring which was put on her finger by Medikal.
However, Sister Derby revealed why she wished her ex-boyfriend Medikal a happy birthday.
Deborah has told the idea behind her message, giving two reasons. According to her, she sent the wish to Medikal to show that they are not enemies.
