COVID-19: Nigeria will overcome global pandemic soon - Pastor Adeboye

Pastor Enoch Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) on Sunday, April 12, assured Nigerians that the coronavirus pandemic will be history in the country in no time.

Speaking on a live broad at the Easter service, Pastor Adeboye told all Christian faith that the latest good news is that God Almighty is in control of the situation, The Nation reports.

Furthermore, the famous cleric prophesied that the disease will be over soon. He said: “I want to bring good news to someone. I want to tell you that my God is not dead, he is alive.

“Not only is alive, but he is also in control. If you have any doubt at all the situation in the recent past should show you clearly that he is in control.''

The pastor called on the government and people of Nigeria not to relax in the fight against the disease even while victory is in sight.

He insisted that the global pandemic will come to an end when the whole world finally realises that God is in charge.

He added: “Until the whole world has had a compulsory holiday. I hope you are enjoying your holiday?
