An ex-girlfriend of Medikal, Sister Derby, has released the video for her much-talked-about song Sweet ex.

Deborah also appears to have some words recorded for Fella Makafui, Medikal’s wife.

She sang “Don’t stress yourself oo, I don’t want your man for anything oo”.

This may be her response to Fella’s jab at her when she first wished Medikal a happy birthday.

Deborah sang also that she was only greeting Medikal and not “to eat him”.

She further urged Fella Makafui not to beat her husband over this issue.

She added: “Congrats sweet ex oo”.

Many people including musicians Mzbel and Yaa Pono have reacted to Deborah’s post with some advising her.

Mzbel, for instance, called it “fun music and fun video”:

mzbeldaily: “Fun music, fun video, well done.”

Pono also said he was hearing something else than sweet ex:

ponobiom: “me de3 I dey hear am sweet sex.”

Amg said Deborah needed to move on and stop her “childish behaviour”:

amg_arab.2: “Charley all this dey show say you dey love da nigga, move on cus this be childish.”

Ellen could not stop loving Deborah Vanessa:

ellenbaby89: “I freakin love youuuuu.”

Maite wrote a lengthy letter to Derby saying though she supports her from day one, she needs to forget Medikal:

maite_boyer: "Dear sis Darby!! Please I support you and was angered by the turn out of events between you and your sweet ex. However those people have gone ahead to get married and they claim they are happy!! Please with all humility I think that all this about you posting medical on his birthday and even going ahead to compose this sweet ex song is needless sis. Just allow those childish people to continue what they have as marriage. There is no need coming after them with all sort of attitude that may tend to spite them( especially his wife) maybe your thought behind what you do may be position but you know our social media and how news is carried. Please you are the older and matured one. The way things are, it as if you are desperate thus find pleasure in provoking them to generate social media frenzy. Please this is needless!! Medical is not even your class and to continue this makes you even lower all in the name of showing you are matured and don't care!!! Please please please, end this, allow the children 24 and 26 years to enjoy their childishness. You behave in the matured way so that the children will even be ashamed to come near you!! Because like the akan proverb says if a dog plays with children, the children get the chance to lick his mouth. Please forget them."
