Monkeys take over hotel, become tourists & swim all day amid COVID-19 outbreak

- Two monkeys have taken advantage of the coronavirus lockdown in Thailand by taking over a hotel

- The monkeys visited the hotel and went around the facility, found a pool and decided to relax in it

- One of the monkeys could be seen diving into the pool and enjoying the feeling that comes with swimming

- The other monkey soon joined its friend as it realises how comforting the water could be

It appears that monkeys also know how to enjoy their lives if the appropriate facilities to do so are provided for them.

Two monkeys in Thailand decided to take advantage of the coronavirus lockdown in the country and visited a hotel to relax with swimming.

In a video, the primates took advantage of the lack of tourists at the hotel located in Pattaya and had the facility to themselves.

According to the Gal Times, one of the workers of the institution captured the moment.

The coronavirus pandemic has caught the tourist business in Thailand, which has closed many hotels.

In other news, while the world is battling with coronavirus and maintaining social distancing, a group of 14 elephants got drunk and fell asleep after drinking 30kg of corn wine in the Yunnan province of China.

According to a Facebook page Epicalyptic, the elephants were looking for corn and other food when they came across the corn wine.

The elephants were found sleeping at a nearby tea garden with sweet smiles on their faces.

In another interesting report, a loving family of children with their parents have surprised their grandmother with a fully-furnished house which made her go completely 'berserk' out of shock.

The story was shared online by a gentleman identified as John Kelley after which it went viral due to the intensity of the emotions it carried.

The heartwarming and eye-popping video came with the popular tag "they built Grandma a house and her reaction will touch your soul" with millions of viewers worldwide.
