US songstress Alicia Keys has released a moving Covid-19 song dedicated to essential workers.
The song, titled Good Job, is about praising essential workers for their heroism and selflessness amid the Covid-19 outbreak in the world.
It is also about encouraging the essential workers, such as doctors, nurses and police, to not give up in their fight against the virus.
She says the essential workers are heroes who are "always in disguise".

The first verse of the song goes like:
You're the engine that makes all things go
And you're always in disguise, my hero
I see your light in the dark
Smile on my face when we all know it's hard
There's no way to ever pay you back
Bless your heart, know I love you for that
Honest and selfless
I don't know if this helps it but
Good job, you're doing a good job.
She goes on to sing that, "The world is out of order, it's not as sound when you're not around".

There are currently over 2.7 million cases of Covid-19 in the whole world, according to worldometer, which deals with live updates of the coronavirus statistics.
It was recently reported that Health Minister Dr. Zweli Mkhize has confirmed that the number of coronavirus cases in South Africa has spiked to 3 953.

President Cyril Ramaphosa on Thursday announced the plan for the country to slowly start emerging from the current coronavirus lockdown. He said South Africa will move from Level 5 to Level 4 on 1 May.
This means that certain restrictions, including the sale of cigarettes, will be lifted while others remain in place.
