Former president of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, has finally given the real explanation behind his choice to distribute food to the vulnerable himself amid COVID-19 outbreak.

The respected ex-president made the interesting revelation during his address to the nation on policies he would have implemented to curb the global pandemic, on the night of April 23, 2020.

According to John Mahama, his willingness to take the risk of stepping out to personally make donations to the many vulnerable people around the country shows his true leadership character.

He mentions that, in times like this, when the country is fighting the coronavirus pandemic, it takes only a leader to come out and empathize with the most affected so that they know he shares in their grief and plight.

Mahama further explained that his gesture has been particularly crucial because of the fact that the nation is in extreme adversity due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as it makes the people feel empathized with.

In his own words: “I believe that in times of adversity, and when you have serious issues like the pandemic that we have been going through, it is necessary for us to show leadership and empathize with the people. That’s why I believe that going out myself."

It would be recalled that the former president and his team have been making massive donations in different parts of the country since the outbreak of the COVID-19 in Ghana.

In another interesting report, a man who has decided to remain anonymous has described how he showed his extremely feminist wife some of the flaws in her theories by simply obeying her rules.

The gentleman narrated his story with a popular relationship adviser on Facebook by name Joro, in which he made the rather interesting revelations and caused a massive stir online.

According to him, they have been married for only seven months, and his wife had maintained that all chores and duties in the house be shared equally between herself and the husband.
