Another stunning Ghanaian nurse in USA dies of COVID-19
- Doreen Tay, a 43-year-old Ghanaian nurse in USA who worked at Montefiore Medical Center and Throgs Neck Rehabilitation & Nursing Center has died of COVID-19
- The hardworking lady left behind her husband and 2 kids who are both under 14
- She was taken ill on March, 14, and sent to the hospital after which she contracted the virus and succumbed to it 5 weeks later

Doreen Tay, a 43-year-old Ghanaian nurse who lived in the United States of America (USA) has died of the novel coronavirus within five weeks after contracting the disease.
Theghanareport.com indicates that the hardworking lady left behind her husband and two children, Rachel and Derron, 13 and 11 years old, respectively.
Doreen becomes the third nurse from Ghana working abroad who has succumbed to the global pandemic that is currently plaguing the whole world.

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported how a heavily pregnant Ghanaian nurse died after contracting COVID-19 whilst the baby survived.
In the case of Doreen, she was reportedly taken ill on March 14 rushed to the Albert Einstein Montefiore Medical Center in New York where she worked.
It is indicated that while on admission was when she contracted the pandemic before passing on after five weeks.
Dorreen was born in Ghana and graduated from the Jersey College School of Nursing in 2017.

Apart from being a nurse at the Montefiore Medical Center, she also worked part-time at Throgs Neck Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, also in New York.
Joel Bo Djanie, who attends the same church— McOlives Ministries—with Doreen, described her as a kind and generous person in an emotional tribute.
“If there was a formula for life, where good, generous, kind people lived on forever, Doreen would surely be one of them – but sadly, there isn’t," he indicated.
In a separate report, Amanda, a 24-year-old lady has been destroyed by drugs after getting addicted for four months as a heartbreaking video of her has caused a massive stir on the internet.
The video sighted by YEN.com.gh on YouTube shows how the young woman was recorded by a photographer called Soft White Underbelly, showing her various stages of deterioration within the 4-month span.
Whilst doing crack cocaine, Amanda also revealed she became a prostitute and interestingly, she looked almost unrecognizable after a short period of engaging in the activities.
