Since schools were closed from March 16, 2020, most lectures have been moved online to ensure a continuation in the educational flow.

However, some students have lamented the difficulty in coping with the move, as issues of data and unstable internet dominate the ability to access this new way of learning.

Actor and politician, John Dumelo has revealed that he would be sharing a total of 2 terabytes of Data among students at GIMPA.

His decision to share the data comes after several engagements with class representatives on the GIMPA campus.

The move by Dumelo has drawn a lot of applause from his fans on Twitter.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that John Dumelo, as part of measures to give relief to people in his constituency, instituted some initiatives.

This initiative according to him, is to help the small scale businessmen and women in the Ayawaso West constituency.

He stated that as a farmer he knows what it is like to experience low income and as such he had decided to give GHc 200,000 as emergency loans with zero interest rate to small businesses across his constituency.
