Date Rush contestant, Portia Freelove, has spoken for the first time after she was rejected by 'fine boy' Ignatius.

Sunday, May 3, 2020, marked the end of the reality show's first season on TV3 and Ignatius surprised many people on the night and has ended up becoming an internet sensation after his unexpected move.

Many fans who keenly followed the program were expecting a beautiful ending but were left with a bitter taste of disappointment in their mouths.

Things went on unexpected on the night as Ignatius turned down the proposals from all the ladies who expressed interest in him – none fit his style, according to him.

One of the ladies, who was badly hurt was Freelove and she has reacted to Ignatius' rejection.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Freelove said he likes Ignatius and she was expecting him to like her back.

Freelove then took a swipe at Ignatius stressing that Ignatius doesn't know what he wants.

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported a story of Ignatius reacting to his decision to reject Freelove and 6 other ladies.

According to him, he took the decision, not because of the programme alone but what was going to happen in real life.

To him, Freelove was only fantasizing about him being the kind of man that she wants but was going to give him stress in real life.
