COVID-19: Popular Ghanaian pallbearers thank health workers worldwide for their hard work (video)

- The group of seven lauded the doctors for working hard to take care of COVID-19 patients

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ghana, one group that came into the limelight in these difficult times is the Prampram pallbearers.

Also known as the Nana Otafrigya Pallbearers, the group recorded a video of themselves, thanking all health workers across the globe for their hard work.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, the leader of the group said," Hello everyone, we Nana Otafrigya pallbearers want to thank the doctors in the world. You are working hard to taking care of everyone."

Dressed in a white outfit from head to toe, they ended with a call to people to stay at home or dance with them.

Their latest video thanking health workers and warning people to stay at home or dance with them is in the right direction as it might amuse and scare people at the same time.

Fizzle, a Twitter user who seemed amused at the video said the leader was such an act.

Meanwhile, as of Monday, May 4, 2020, 550 more cases of the coronavirus were recorded in Ghana taking the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 2,719.

Also, 65 more persons recovered from the novel coronavirus.

The total recoveries now stand at 294.
