RuffTown Records singer Wendy Shay, born Wendy Addo, has thrown big shades at her fellow female singer, Francine Kouffie, popularly known as Fantana.
This follows Fantana's recent description of Wendy Shay as a local champion during an interview on GHOne TV.
It will be recalled that Fantana, while making a point about female artistes in Ghana, chose Efya, Becca, and Wiyaala as the most prestigious female music stars with international recognition.
She described Wendy Shay and the rest of the ladies as local champions explaining that all their exploits are only known in Ghana.
But Wendy Shay who seems offended by the statement has popped up on Instagram with a very punchy reply.
Sharing a video in which she was riding on a gym bike, Wendy Shay stated that some artiste was only good at creating news and not hit songs.
She also boasted about how she has been making from her craft as a musician citing her recent deal with Betplanet as an example.
A second part of the caption which was written in Deutsche was even more devastating as Wendy gave a hint of the identity of who the shade was for by referring to Fantana's much-famous rabbit teeth.
"Some artiste can create news but can’t create hit songs Ask how much Betplanet paid me...Mit große Zähne macht man keine Hitsongs Ich mach Kohle Und scheiß auf euch alle," she wrote.
The statement made in German language translates as 'with big teeth you don't do hit songs. I make money and f*** y'all.'
Meanwhile, Fantana has hit back at Wendy Shay for using her teeth to insult her
