Date Rush's Ignatius and Freelove meet for the first time after show

Sparks of love went up in the air following the meeting between Date Rush's Ignatius Baidoo and Portia Freelove days after the show was rocked by some unexpected turn of events.
In the photos sighted by YEN.com.gh, the duo posed as though they were about getting married as they beamed with smiles.
One of the photos had Ignatius carrying Freelove in his arms and the lady was seen laughing uncontrollably over the fact that she was safe in the arms of her one-time crush.

Another photo had Freelove pointing to the chest of Ignatius as if to say she had captured and owned it. All that while, Ignatius was seen smiling and trying to warm up to Freelove.
Ignatius was seen in his famous pink shirt probably to reiterate the fact that "real men wear pink" and Portia Freelove was seen in a blue blouse and darker shade pair of trousers.
The two are believed to have met at the premises of Media General, parent company of TV3, the organizers of the Date Rush Show.
Date Rush is a speed dating reality show which features 10 pretty ladies and a number of men who come on the show to market themselves in order to land a date.
In the last episode of the first season of the show which aired on Sunday, May 3, 2020, Ignatius stunned many of the show's lovers as he decided, probably against the show's rules to turn down all seven of the ladies who had their rushes on for him.
This action infuriated Portia Freelove who took a dig at 'the man in pink' and labeled him as being very disrespectful.

In explaining his action, however, Ignatius indicated that he turned down all the pretty ladies because he did not want more stress in his life than he was enduring already.
He later appeared on an interview with blogger ZionFelix and indicated that he was attracted to 'thick women'
Controversy followed the show when social media users claimed that Ignatius was already married with 2 children.
He came out later to say he was not married and that the news came as a surprise to him and that social media had revealed to him the many exes he never knew he had.
Later, a photo of a wedding invitation of Ignatius and Tracy, a lady reported to be his real girlfriend popped up.

The wedding was supposed to come off on April 19 but reports have it that it was canceled due to the lockdown necessitated by the coronavirus.
