The one-week celebration of the late Bishop Bernard Nyarko came off on Saturday, May 9, 2020, in Accra and Kumasi.

As reported, Bishop Nyarko died on May 2, 2020, at the Ridge Hospital in Accra.

As in line with the Akan custom, the late actor's family held his one-week celebration in the two major cities.

The one-week celebration of Bishop Nyarko attracted top Kumawood stars to the family houses of the actor.

Video popped up online showing how the one-week celebration was observed in Accra.

The likes of Nana Ama McBrown, Christiana Awuni, Maame Serwaa, Sunsum Ahuofe, Salinko, were in Bishop Nyarko's family house in Accra.

Another video also showed how the one-week observance was organised in Kumasi.

The likes of Lil Win, Kwaku Manu, Matilda Asare, Apostle John Prah, Papa Kumasi, Stephen Mawunyo aka Oteele, Asare Bediako, Ellen White, Mercy Asiedu, and Director Samuel Nyamekye were present to celebrate their late colleague.

However, per the videos that surfaced online top stars like Oboy Sikky, Akrobeto, and Big Akwes were not seen.

Meanwhile, Bishop Nyarko's mother had made her first appearance on social media after the demise of her son.

The mother popped up in a video while a team from Adom TV visited her house on Friday, May 8, 2020.

In the video, Bishop Nyarko's mother broke down interest while she addressed her guests.
