Francisca Gawugah known by the stage name Sista Afia, has joined the host of Ghanaians and people all over the world to celebrate their mothers on Mother's Day today, Sunday, May 10, 2020.
The Jeje singer took to the social media handles just like her other colleagues to flaunt her young-looking mother in honour of the day set aside to celebrate mothers.
After posting a photo of her mother who was wearing a blue dress and standing by what looked like a swimming pool, Sista Afia captioned it, "Happy Mother's Day to my greatest trophy. MY QUEEN"

The photo, just like that posted by other celebs of their moms, would have garnered a lot of reactions if it had not been the fact that Sista Afia took down the post just some minutes after putting it up.
YEN.com.gh cannot tell why the Weather crooner took down the post but before it was deleted, we got a screenshot of the post which was captured by an Instagram user.
Some social media users, in reacting to the post, indicated that they realized that Sista Afia's mother bore some resemblance with Eno Barony.
_naalamptey wrote: "It is true ooo"
ekua6828 who probably also noticed the resemblance commented: " your mouth".
Prior to this wish, Sista Afia and female rapper Eno Barony have engaged in the war of words on top of beats.

The two versatile female artistes threw jabs at each other with Sista Afia taking the first blow with Eno getting the last shot.
Many people have touted Eno's turn during the beef as the best and giving second place to Sista Afia.
YEN.com.gh earlier reported that two contestants from the recently aired Date Rush reality show owned by TV3, have spoken for the first time about claims that the show was stage-managed.
The duo, Ignatius Baidoo and Portia Freelove, who turned overnight stars, indicated that the show was not scripted and that everything happening on the show was not coordinated.
Ignatius for one said he had not seen any of the 10 ladies before and only set eyes on them when he was invited to take his turn in order to land a date.
