Award-winning rapper Kofi Kinaata has commended the frontline health workers who are working hard in the fight against the deadly Coronavirus.

He saluted frontline health workers for their tremendous work in dealing with the COVID-19.

In a photo sighted by YEN.com.gh, Kofi Kinaata is seen wearing a black Kaftan as he posed for the cameras.

Kofi Kinaata who performed at the VGMA Covid-19 Heroes Concert yesterday May 17, 2020, said it was a great show.

The VGMA COVID-19 Heroes Virtual Concert was organized by Charterhouse to honour all frontline health workers who are working hard around the world.

Captioning the photo, Kofi Kinaata wrote: "Bigups to our frontline health workers for your endless efforts in fighting this global pandemic. You are indeed our Heroes!! The VGMA Covid-19 Heroes Concert was a great show!"

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Kofi Kinaata was in the news after a rare throwback photo of him surfaced online.

The throwback photo showed the three phases of Kofi Kinaata's life from an infant through to a teenager and finally a man.
