RuffTown Records CEO Ricky Nana Agyemang, popularly known as Bullet, has broken his silence on the ongoing banter between his two artistes, Wendy Shay and Fantana.

As already known, Fantana and Wendy Shay have been involved in a banter, commonly known as 'beef', in the music circles. since Saturday, May 16, 2020.

Fantana, while making a point about female artistes in Ghana, chose Efya, Becca, and Wiyaala as the most prestigious female music stars with international recognition.

She described Wendy Shay and the rest of the ladies as local champions explaining that all their exploits are only known in Ghana.

Wendy Shay who was offended by the statement came on social media to jab her label mate by asking her to make hit tracks with her big teeth instead of news headlines.

Fantana then came up with a swift reply in which she described Wendy Shay as ugly and likened her to man.

She later went on Instagram live to throw more punches and even stated that she did not want any songs from RuffTown again.

Reacting to the chaos in his label for the first, Bullet suggested that Fantana's behaviour was due to the little fame she had got in her relatively short time in the music industry.

“Fame has gotten into Fantana's head” and that is why she is behaving the way she is, bent on "tarnishing the hard-earned reputation of the label.”

In an interview on Happy FM's ‘Ayekoo After Drive' with DJ Advicer, Bullet wondered why Fantana did not come to him directly if he had any issues with Wendy Shay as she claimed.

"... If Fantana had a problem with someone on the label, she could have best resolved the issue in a private manner and not destroyed the image of her colleague and that of the record label," he said.

Bullet also blamed the respective teams around the two artistes as the possible cause of their misunderstanding since he, as the main man, has tried his possible best to bring peace between them.

Meanwhile, Fantana did not attend her expected meeting with Bullet which he scheduled for Monday, May 18, 2020.

Bullet had summoned Fantana to a meeting amid her current beef with Wendy Shay to discuss her future with the label.

But Fantana decided to watch movies at home rather than attend the meeting.
