Obinim's arrest comes after earlier reports that he was arrested but feigned illness and so he was admitted at the hospital.
The report had it that Obinim told the officers that he has suffered a heart attack.
However, Kennedy Agyapong said the controversial pastor was only trying to escape arrest.
Agyapong accused him of using the blood of babies for rituals.
He also leaked the identities of Obinim's 13 girlfriends and other women he slept with including actress Benedicta Gafah and the former wife of Osebo, Nana Aba Anamoah's baby daddy.
Obinim then confessed to indeed sleeping with many women behind his wife.
