Our manifesto: This is what YEN.com.gh believes in
Kumawood actor Ogyam has claimed that Bishop Bernard Nyarko was killed by a juju man he went to visit for powers.
He claimed Bishop was desperate to succeed in the industry and as a celebrity that he sought favour with the juju man.
However, things did not go on well as agreed between the two parties, thus, the juju man killed him, Ogyam has claimed.
According to him, this juju man put something in Bishop’s body which later manifested as colon cancer in the physical realm.
YEN.com.gh, however, cannot verify Ogyam’s claims, though he was a good friend to Bishop when he was alive.
Meanwhile, in an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, a close friend of Bishop, Ola Michael, said that Bishop confided in him that he was undergoing a punishment from God.
Ola said Bishop confessed to him that he had wronged God and needed to make things right.
He revealed further that Bishop said he also needed to go to the altar to receive Christ as his Lord and personal saviour.
Unfortunately, Bishop could not recover from his sickness leading to his sudden death which shocked the movie industry and the whole of Ghana.
In an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, Bishop had said that he was now a pastor and would never go back to the movie industry any longer.
He said the industry was a fertile ground for chasing women and turning against God, therefore, he would not go back anymore.
We cannot, however, say that Bishop’s own words validate Ogyam’s claims.
YEN.com.gh also published how Bishop revealed he slept with dead bodies because of his mother and a friend.
