Date Rush: Freelove deals with Counselor Lutterodt over negative comments about show (video)

- Freelove has taken on Counselor Lutterodt for passing some negative comments about TV3's Date Rush program

- In a video Counselor Lutterodt said anyone who appears on Date Rush is a modern-day prostitute

- But Freelove who will have none of that and told him that she will never marry a man like him

- She also denied the unsubstantiated claims made by Counselor Lutterodt

Date Rush contestant, Portia Freelove has blasted Counselor Lutterodt for saying anyone who appears on the dating program is a modern-day prostitute.

In the video sighted by YEN.com.gh Freelove who was so furious and was in tears, told Lutterodt that he had no right to tag her or the contestants on the show as 'ashawo'.

During a fierce argument between Lutterodt and Freelove, she told him that she will never marry a man like him if she is reincarnated.

She added that she never expected a counselor to stoop so low and make such baseless claims about Date Rush.

" Since the show started has anyone heard about any sex scandal or negative thing? You are supposed to be a counselor and you know this program is only for dating," Freelove told Counselor Lutterodt amid tears.

She schooled him on what the Date Rush program is about to prevent him from making such uninformed statements about the show in the future.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Lutterodt said that there is no solid ground upon which people select their dates on the show because the partners are mainly joined together based on looks.

He further explained that for a man-woman bond to be truly serious and effective, there has to be a thorough investigation by each partner of the other to be sure of the choice being made.

In addition, Counsellor Lutterodt asserted that participants who get constantly rejected and do not find any dates on the show can get depressed.
