Award-winning rapper Sarkodie has posted a rare throwback video of when he was an underground artiste in the music industry.

The video sighted by YEN.com.gh on Sarkodie's Facebook page, showed a very young and skinny Sarkodie rapping in a recording studio while holding an old phone.

The 'Oofeetso' hitmaker posted the video with an inspirational message to encourage his fans not to give up in life but attach seriousness to everything they do.

Captioning the video Sarkodie wrote: "In anything you do put your One Hundred Percent. Credit: PossiGee."

The video showed Sarkodie rehearsing his line in a studio as he prepared to record a song.

The young Sarkodie delivered flawless bars in the studio as he slowly danced to instrumentals being played in the background.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Ghanaian rapper Pappy Kojo is currently in lockdown in Italy and is unable to return to Ghana because all borders are closed due to the outbreak of the deadly COVID-19.

Pappy Kojo had shared a new video of himself stepping out of his house for the first time in Italy as the country is still in lockdown.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Pappy Kojo was seen sitting outside his house on a balcony as he sipped milk from a glass.
