Ghanaian dancehall star Samini is among many who are unable to return into the country due to the imposition of a lockdown in Canada because of the dreaded coronavirus pandemic.

The prominent dancehall musician flew to hold a concert in the city of Calgary in Canada.
Samnini stopped by his family residence in the North American country to bond with his family.
However, in what was supposed to be a quick two to three weeks visit has turned into a three-month vacation following the imposition of a lockdown.
In spite of the downturn on the musician’s life, Samini has noted that he’s not in a hurry to leave his family.
In a recent interview with JoyNews via Zoom, the ‘Linda’ hitmaker explained that he came home to check on his kids and family.
''I was here (Canada) before the lockdown started but luckily for me, I was in my own house,'' he noted.
Samini revealed that his kids seem not to have enough of him since he arrived at his family residence.
''I find myself at home and the kids cannot believe that I am here for three months straight because I am always in and out. So they are having a great time,'' he told JoyNews via a Zoom interview.
The entertainer, for the first time on live television introduced his children to Ghanaians on the request of stay-at-home host Isreal Laryea.
Samini, who is set to hold his Untamed Virtual Concert on YouTube Saturday, May 30, 2020, flaunted his beautiful daughter and handsome sons on live television.

Just recently, YEN.com.gh reported that Ghanaian dancehall star, Samini, has in a recent video showed how it took him and his daughter nearly forty minutes to access Walmart in Canada amid the coronavirus outbreak in the country.
In a video online, Samini is seen with his daughter, Theresa, waiting in a queue to get into Walmart to get groceries.
While in the queue, the Linda hitmaker indicated that it had taken him and his daughter several minutes in the queue.
