A photo showing how Sarkodie was disregarded in the early days of his career has dropped.

He was in the company of rapper Edem and actor Chris Attoh.

From the photo, it appeared they were at a music event.

The photo was captioned in a way that Sarkodie was never mentioned but referred to merely as “co”.

It reads: “Chris Attoh with Ayigbe Edem and Co”.

No doubt the two who were mentioned were then way bigger than Sarkodie, and so, mentioning his name would be insignificant.

Today, however, Sarkodie is one of Ghana’s biggest musicians known across the globe.

He is known and has received many acknowledgments more than his two friends have ever received.

Sarkodie is on record as the only Ghanaian musician with a number of BET nominations and awards.

In 2019, he won the Best International Flow category of BET.

Aside from his music career, Sarkodie is also fortunate and enjoying his family life.

Sarkodie was in the news recently for gushing over his daughter Titi saying that the love she has for him is one that every human deserves.

The musician shared a video rapping with his daughter and carrying her shoulder high.

In another video, Sarkodie was captured rapping while Titi danced like a professional.

Meanwhile, his wife Tracy has hit at the government explaining why closing the border over COVID-19 fears is useless.
