Uber driver allegedly runs away with client's GHC17,000 worth of goods and over GHC3,700 cash

- A Ghanaian Uber driver identified as Nana Yaw Sakyi Addo has been exposed for bolting with a client's money and some items he was asked to deliver

- Auntie Awula indicates that he drives a Daewoo Matiz car with registration number GX 649-19

- She out of frustration sent her Mobile Money PIN which was (3832) instead of the 66 cedis she was initially supposed to pay to him

- So instead of paying GHc66, she ended up paying GHc 3832

A Ghanaian Uber driver identified as Nana Yaw Sakyi Addo has been exposed for bolting with a client's money and some items he was asked to deliver.

In a tweet sighted by YEN.com.gh by twitter user by name, Auntie Awula indicates that he drives a Daewoo Matiz car with registration number GX 649-19.

According to her, she gave him goods worth GHc17,000 to be delivered to a customer at Kasoa.

She stated that due to the weather which obviously spoilt her plans which in turn made her pensive, she out of frustration sent her Mobile Money PIN which was (3832) instead of the 66 cedis she was initially supposed to pay to him.

So instead of paying GHc66, she ended up paying GHc 3832.

Sensing that he had hit a fortune and gotten free money, he turned off his phone and refused to deliver the items as promised.

Awula is, however, calling for assistance to find him and help her get her money and products back. She made an appeal to be called on 0248683832

Twitter users have however reacted to the tweet sharing their thoughts on Awula's plight

Cephas gave a cue saying the victim should extend her search to Teshie-Nungua or Okponglo.
