Nelson Mandela famously said no one is born hating another person, they are taught to be racist and it could not have been truer.

Racism has been a problem in humanity for centuries and sadly, it still exists today. The issue was recently pushed to center stage when a video went viral showing the murder of George Floyd at the hands of the police.

The incident sparked mass protests across the United States and throughout the world, people joined the 'Black Lives Matter' movement to show their support.

One lady, @NgwanakoSosha, took to Twitter to share a powerful video that proved people are not born racist, it is something that is taught.

In the clip, a father calls over his son to show him four pictures - each having two children of different races in.

He asks his son several times to explain what he sees and notices about the photos. Not once, did the boy point out the colour of the kids' skin differed.

Instead, the young boy saw kids loving each other.

The clip quickly gathered over 73 000 views and social media users were touched by the footage.

Twitter user, @LwaziSage, commented:

"Good Parenting: the child doesn't see colour but equality, they're the same!"

Another tweep, @Bonke_Mpetile, added:

"He did not see people of color instead he saw people loving each other. Thanks for this video."

Earlier, a heart-warming video went viral on several social media platforms showing a nine-year-old girl's emotional message following the death of George Floyd.

The little girl is visible emotional as she stood up before thousands of people during the Black Lives Matter protest at the statehouse in Columbus, Ohio.
