Interestingly, the top-earning celebs on the list were Kanye West and his sister-in-law, Kylie Jenner. While the rapper raked in $170 million, Kylie brought in $590 million and majority of that came from the sale of 51% stake in her cosmetics firm in January.

Lovely.

Just recently, it reported that Kanye West was officially named a billionaire by Forbes.

The disclosure was made by Forbes on Friday, April 24, which said the 42-year-old rapper is now worth $1.3 billion.

This was made possible by the basketball shoes bearing his name that he developed with Adidas.

The rapper's Yeezy footwear often sells for more than $200 a pair in the United States and elsewhere.

According to Forbes, the rapper has pressing the magazine to be listed as one of its billionaires but it declined for lack of proof.

Kanye and Adidas launched their first shoe together in 2015.
