After 58 years of marriage, the love story of Ghana’s former president John Agyekum Kufuor and his wife, Theresa Kufour, neither seems to get boring nor sluggish.

The prominent pair were joined together as husband and wife, or better, became ‘one flesh’ in 1962.

It is no doubt that proposing to the former first lady was one of the best decisions that the former president had made.

After decades of sharing each other’s company, former president Kufour and Theresa marked 58 years of their union as photos of the duo emerged online.

In the awe-inspiring photos that have been shared by YEN.com.gh online, former president Kufour and the former First Lady, Theresa, posed beside each other.

The former president wore a colourful smock over a pair of jeans as he covered his hand around his wife's neck.

The duo glowed with lovely smiles.

Theresa Kufour donned a simple but gorgeous tie & dye fabric and accessorised her looks with small earrings and a gold necklace.

The stunning photos have generated tons of comments online.

Patience Edem Aggor wrote: ''God please give me the grace to submit to my husband so that he can love me as the scripture says. Amen.''

Ewurabena Boakye tapped into the blessing of the former president and his wife.

She wrote: ''Is my prayer dat mine marriage will be more than dis, happy marriage grandpa and grandma.''

Ken Donkor Ken said: ''That's what it should be.Through thick and thin.How long have been in yours despite the........No marriage is perfect. You give it your colour.''

In other stories, YEN.com.gh reported that the wife of popular Ghanaian marriage counsellor George Lutterodt, Abigail Naa Yemoley, has successfully delivered an adorable baby.

Beaming with smiles in some stunning images online, George Lutterodt, announced that his wife had given birth to a new child.

The controversial Ghanaian counsellor, however, did not disclose the gender of his new baby.

Announcing the latest addition to his family, proud Lutterodt expressed appreciation to his wife for making him a father again.

''Happy Delivery day to my wife Mrs Counselor Lutterodt from Rev Counselor Lutterodt and my extended family members,'' his post read.

George Lutterodt further wished for ''long life and good health'' from above for the mother of his kids while praying for divine blessing for her.
