Award-winning rapper Kofi Kinaata has vowed never to do a song in English.
According to the talented rapper and singer, he doesn't see the need to sing in a language that is not his.
In an interview on NEAT FM and monitored by YEN.com.gh, stated that since the legendary Michael Jackson never sang in Fante, he will also not sing in English.

Kofi Kinaata's comments come after Abeiku Santana asked him if he could express himself in English and will ever do a song in English.
” Why should I bother myself singing in a language that is not mine? Did Michael Jackson ever sing in Fante? I will never sing in English,” Kofi Kinaata stated.

However, most musicians have stated that music is the only thing that transcends language.
YEN.com.gh earlier reported that controversial Ghanaian entertainment personality Afia Schwarzenegger was on the verge of being sued by a businessman for what he describes as defamation and wrong accusation.
