In was thus surprising when she finally revealed she had given birth to four children (one set of twins included).
Many were those who were wondering how she had kept all three of her pregnancies a secret from her fans.
But the beautiful actress has finally given fans a glimpse of how she looked like as a pregnant woman.
In new photos sighted by YEN.com.gh, Nadia was seen with a heavy baby bump as she hung out with her mother, Caddy Buari.
While the first of the photos had Nadia's mother rubbing her baby bump, the other two had them standing.

It is not known when or where Nadia and mother took the photos, but the actress shared them in celebration of Caddy's birthday on Friday, 26 June.
