Funny Face becomes 1st Ghanaian comedian to release music album; features Castro, others (photo)

Award-winning Ghanaian comedian, Funny Face, known in real life as Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, has made history as a comedian by dropping a music album.

The Kasoa Trotro actor has become the first-ever Ghanaian comedian to release a whole music album and even made a cover art of same to show his seriousness.

The former Chorkor Trotro character took to his Instagram account to announce that his album was ready and it was going to be released soon.

After sharing a nice cover art of the soon-to-be-released album, Funny Face wrote: "O GOD BE THE GLORY ❤️ “ GYE NYAME “ we back stronger dan Ever ..".

The album has been titled Animal Kingdom and it features songs like Cow and Chicken, Agama Lizard, Kasoa Trotro among others.

The album would also feature both mainstream and underground rappers and musicians.

Some of the featured stars include Gasmilla, D. Cryme, Article Wan, Castro and Joedeevans.

Many fans of the actor now turned musician and fellow industry mates congratulated Funny Face and noted that they could not wait to listen to the songs on the album.

Bisa Kdei, who was among the many commentators, left many fire emojis to indicate that the songs were going to be lit.

Kill me Shy singer D. Cryme also wrote: "To God Be The Glory".

Many more congratulatory messages followed as the comedian posted the cover art.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Funny Face had attracted a lot of eyes to himself after he came out to openly admit that he was having issues in his relationship.

He also called out fellow actor Kwadwo Nkansah popularly known as Lil Win for allegedly being a very bad person.

Funny Face dared the award-winning Kumawood star to open his mouth and he (Funny Face) would expose all his dirty and secret acts to the world.
